Refund, Returns, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At HobbyOne, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets your expectations. However, if you face any issues, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent process.

 

 

✅ Eligible Reasons for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item received
  • Product damaged during transit

 

1. Returns Policy

📦 Return Conditions

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be:
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With original packaging and all accessories

 

 

🔁 Return Process

  1. Email us at info@hobbyone.in with:

  • Order ID
  • Issue details
  • Clear images/videos (if applicable)

  1. Our team will review and approve the request.

  2. Once approved:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged
  • Or return instructions will be provided

  1. After receiving the product:

    1. It will be inspected by our team

    2. Refund or exchange will be processed accordingly

 

 

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after successful inspection of returned items
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days

 

 

3. Exchange Policy

🔄 Exchange Conditions

  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

 

 

🔁 Exchange Process

  1. Email us at info@hobbyone.in with your request

  2. After approval:

    • Reverse pickup will be arranged

  3. Once the returned product is verified:

    • Replacement product will be dispatched

 

 

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or clearance products
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items

 

4. Order Cancellation Policy

🕒 Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Request must be sent to info@hobbyone.in

 

 

🚚 After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • You may initiate a return after delivery (if eligible)

 

💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

 

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Items with removed or tampered serial numbers / UPC
  • Food, grocery, or pet products
  • Jewelry
  • Cosmetics and personal care items
  • Health-related products
  • Customized or made-to-order items

 

 

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Refund/exchange eligibility is subject to product inspection
  • Shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable unless the issue is from our side
