At HobbyOne Japan, we value your satisfaction and aim to resolve any issues with care and efficiency. Please review the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

1. Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Return Process:
- Email us at info@hobbyone.in with your order details and concern.
- Once validated, we will initiate reverse shipping.
- Use the provided return label for sending the item back.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–4 business days after the returned product has been received and approved.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchange Conditions:
- Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of product receipt.
- Products must be in unused condition with original packaging.
Exchange Process:
- Email us at info@hobbyone.in to request an exchange.
- Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup.
- After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement product.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by writing to info@hobbyone.in.
After Shipment:
- If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- You may return the product under the standard return policy once delivered.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:
- For eligible cancellations, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
