  • Thanks to DTOF (Direct Time of Flight) technology, the RPLIDAR S2E ensures consistent distance resolution. The resolution remains the same even at longer distances. Furthermore, DTOF enables the RPLIDAR S2E to detect almost any object, including various types of objects such as dark objects, highly reflective mirrors, and transparent glass.
  • The height of the scanning optical area of the RPLIDAR S2E is only 18 mm, and the volume is small and compact, meeting the overall appearance requirements of the robot.
  • High compatibility: The RPLIDAR S2E and A-series RPLIDARs share the same interface port. Existing products can be seamlessly upgraded to the RPLIDAR S2E without any hardware or software design changes. Strong light resistance, suitable for indoor and outdoor use, provides stable ranging and high-resolution mapping performance even under strong sunlight interference of 80Klux. Combined with an external cover to protect the internal mechanism from external interference, the IP65 protection level provides stable operation in industrial applications.
